Our homes have become our offices and dispatch command centers. The very talented team of IT professionals at Demanko have put together a reliable network for us to move freight and communicate on. The accounting department has implemented procedures in order to keep their processes fluid. Also, the customer service and sales teams have been able to operate seamlessly by utilizing these in-house systems. This didn’t happen by chance, it was years in the making. Back in 2010 we developed a completely paperless electronic dispatch and billing system and it is secure and efficient. In addition to our advancements in technology, living up here in the north east we have had a lot of practice working remotely due to snow storms. We are blessed to have such a great team with the experience and knowhow to keep us at the forefront of the logistics industry. However we can’t wait for the pandemic to be behind us and we can get together with our freight friends again!
