International Women’s Day: March 8th marks a day to celebrate the achievements of women in society, politics and economics across the globe. The United Nations (UN) theme for International Women’s Day (IWD) 2021 is Women in leadership: Achieving an equal future in a COVID-19 global environment. Historically the warehousing and trucking industry tends to mostly consist of male workers. Demanko is proud of our female team members who have helped to build the company into what it is today. We could not have done it without their dedication and hard work. Not only today, but every day we recognize their leadership roles and professional contributions!
