Due to lack of power and water, Port Houston public terminals and truck offices will be closed Thursday morning, February 18. This includes the Bayport and Barbours Cut Container Terminals and Turning Basin Terminal. Cargo Bay Road and Ramp Road 6 will remain open at Turning Basin terminal for our stevedores and tenants. The terminal operators are continuing to monitor conditions and will communicate regarding a possible Thursday afternoon opening.
