The Port of Houston public terminals and truck offices will remain closed Friday morning, February 19. This includes the Bayport and Barbours Cut Container Terminals and Turning Basin Terminal. Cargo Bay Road and Ramp Road 6 will remain open at Turning Basin terminal for stevedores and tenants.
